Qualified applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in affordable housing management. A high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of multifamily housing experience is required. The applicant must also have strong computer and literacy skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
Our site manager will have organizational abilities to assist them when working with Tax Credit Regulations. Working as a team with all members to optimize the owner’s asset is our goal. Site manager must be able to have good reasoning and problem-solving skills to deal with conflicting situations. Communication, customer service and attention to detail are also important skills.
In addition, Site Manager Position requires the following: (Not all -encompassing)
· Supervising Maintenance Staff
· Maintaining occupancy
· Administering HUD and LIHTC certifications
· Leasing of property
· Resident retention programs
· Working with language barriers
· Accounting of daily deposits
· Maintaining accurate reports and records
